The portal is becoming more than a document archive.
Today it is a library and a hub for announcements and product information. Tomorrow it will be a workspace that carries your entire dealership business, from design to order and from production to balance. The six features coming in turn are listed below.

The dealer builds the customer’s balcony, terrace or garden in 3D in the browser; the choice of dimensions, colour, fabric and motor is visualised in real time.

Selections are visualised instantly, and technically impossible combinations are blocked from the outset. When the design is finished, what you see on screen is exactly the same as the data that goes to production.

Order Creation
Turn the file from the configurator, or dimensions you enter from scratch, into an order on a single screen.
Price, discount and delivery time are calculated instantly. The printed quote can be sent to the customer; once approved, the same record goes into production as an order.

Order and Production Tracking
Track which production stage your order is at, its shipping date and courier details in the portal.
Cutting, assembly, coating, quality control and shipping stages are transferred from the ERP in real time. You have the answer before you call your customer.

Balance and Customer Account
Your current balance, open invoices and payment due schedule in the portal, matched with the ERP.
Statements can be downloaded and payment notifications can be made through the portal. The ERP account number in your dealer record is already preparing this match today.

Photo-Based Model Customisation
The customer uploads a photo of their balcony or terrace; the selected system is shown placed onto their own space.
Showing instead of asking customers to imagine removes the hardest step of the sale. The choice of dimensions, colour and fabric is updated instantly on the photo; the resulting image can be added to the quote.
